Resolution #2012-1 of Bridgewood HOA Board
Regarding Perimeter Fence
The Board has reviewed the attorney opinion
letter regarding the perimeter fence and hereby
accepts the determination that maintenance of
the perimeter fence is responsibility of the HOA.
However, interior maintenance of the perimeter
fence is the responsibility of the homeowner.
The HOA will not be responsible for repairs
necessitated by negligence of the homeowner.
Therefore, vegetation, dirt, and structures need
to be kept away from the fence, and sprinklers
should not be allowed to spray on the fence in
case of rot. When the fence is replaced by the
HOA, the homeowner is responsible for custom
painting on the interior.
