The purpose of this page is to help keep our neighborhood well-informed about the responsibilities and activities of the Tree and Sidewalk Committee, which is a subcommittee of the Board of Directors and comprised completely of Bridgewood homeowner volunteers.
The Bridgewood Estates Homeowners Association Tree and Sidewalk Committee was established to oversee the planning and execution of the 5-year plan to remove all trees lining the streets and replace any damaged/displaced sidewalks for the mutual benefit of all homeowners.

Brief Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning and execution of the 5-year plan to remove all trees lining the streets and replace any damaged/displaced sidewalks
- Review bids, in coordination with community manager, for tree removal and recommend tree removal bid/contractor to the BoD via the Chair
- Review bids, in coordination with the community manager, for sidewalk removal and replacement and recommend sidewalk bid/contractor to the BoD via the Chair
- Monitor sidewalks for more urgent repair to avoid personal injury and potential litigation
